Linerless
The back of the linerless rolls’ thermal paper is coated with adhesive via a special process, making the labels self-adhesive without using a liner (backing paper). So by using linerless labels, you have a lot less waste because your label no longer has a backing paper.
By using linerless rolls, more labels go on a roll, giving you a lot of advantages. For example, fewer roll changes will be needed in your production and the roll change will also go a lot faster. You can also save on stock space, as more metres of labels on a roll is also more metres per pallet.
Another asset is the flexible label length. A linerless roll means you are no longer tied to a fixed label length as with conventional liner labels. This ensures a lot more flexibility and customisation when printing and applying labels.
