Digital labels are ideal for small production quantities because you no longer need a cliché as with offset printing. As a result, costs are a lot lower while the quality is still comparable to offset printing. Printing can be done on both paper and plastic materials.
Digital labels are composed of CMYK colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and (Key) Black. You can also use a flexo spot colour or cold film, which is a layer of film applied to the material. This creates a gold or silver colour or a hologram.
Set-up time and turnaround time for digital labels are a lot shorter, allowing you to produce labels quickly and efficiently. In addition, digital printing is very flexible. This allows complex designs, special effects, and variable data to be integrated effortlessly. Even last-minute changes can be made quickly and easily, without production interruptions.
We offer an entire range of sustainable alternatives to conventional labels, including labels made with reduced, recycled, or composted materials or solutions made with renewable (circular) materials.
